Mark Spencer MP given top Commons award for road-safety campaigning

CAMPAIGNING Hucknall MP Mark Spencer has been named the Road Safety Parliamentarian of the Year at a ceremony in the House Of Commons.
The Conservative member for the Sherwood constituency, which includes Hucknall, was presented with the accolade at Westminster for his work on road safety throughout 2011.
